Following are a few terms and conditions, please read carefully.
Care instructions.
All pure linen products are STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX® certified. This means that the products have been tested for harmful substances to protect your health. This certifies that every component of the product, from the fabric to the thread and accessories, has been rigorously tested against a list of up to 350 toxic chemicals.
Linen cushions can be washed in your machine on a cool cycle. Use pure soap or gentle detergent when washing and wash separately. Do not tumble dry, air dry flat to avoid creases. For added protection, you may like to put your cushion in a garment bag.
Safety.
Small babies or children should not be left unattended with this product. Always check for and remove loose threads. For more advice it's recommended to follow safe sleeping guides which can be found at https://rednose.com.au/section/safe-sleeping
Sizing, colours and font.
Hilo & Bobbin products are described to the best of my ability in photos and text. Each cushion size is in the description provided. Any measurements are approximate and are given by way of identification only. Please be sure to measure the space the product is intended for and confirm it is the required size or colour before ordering. I take no responsibility for anything you order which may be unsuitable for your intended use. Also please keep in mind these cushions are made by hand in my home studio, therefore although I spend a fair amount of time on each order there may be some variations in size due to its handmade nature.
I have sourced quality linen rich fabrics and colourfast embroidery threads for your cushions. Please be aware that colours may appear different in real life as on your screen. Colours and materials used are subject to change at our discretion but will remain as close as possible to the item pictured. Any drastic changes will be made aware to customers.
Each cushion is designed with the font pictured. If you are after a different font, from another design, please feel free to get in touch before you make your purchase to discuss a change of font. Or alternatively you can leave me a note in checkout.
Payment.
Payment is due at check out. I offer multiple payment options including Paypal, credit card and Afterpay.
Returns and refund.
Hilo and bobbin Brand
When you shop at Hilo & Bobbin you are getting a handmade product made to order for you. It’s because of the nature of my business that I do not offer refunds. I pride myself in a high-quality product. If there are any issues regarding quality, send an email within 14 days of delivery to resolve the issue. Your item will need to be returned, at your cost, and examined before a refund can be issued.
Other brands.
Please note, there is no refund or exchange due to change of mind or incorrect purchase, including size. Refunds will be granted only due to fault. Items must be returned unused and will be examined before refund will be applied.
Privacy Policy.
If, for any reason, you wish for your details to be removed from the customer database that is maintained by Shopify.com, you can email me for them to be removed.
