  • Do you make custom cushions?

    I make all the designs available here on my website. Your custom embroidered cushion is made in my home studio in Sydney Australia with the highest quality fabrics and colourfast embroidery threads.

  • Can I request a change of colour on my design?

    Of course. I offer one change of colour at no extra charge. If you know which colour you're after, leave me a note in the box in your cart. If you're not sure or would like more changes, its as easy as getting in touch via email and we can discuss it further.

  • How long is lead time?

    Lead time is 10-15 working days + postage, unless otherwise stated. All your designs are made especially for you when you place your order. Orders are made in the order they are received.

  • Do you ship world wide?

    At the moment I ship to a selected list of countries. If your country isn't available, feel free to get in touch and I can give you a shipping quote.
