Order Processing Times
Each piece is lovingly made just for you, from my home studio in Sydney, Australia.
- All items are made to order unless otherwise stated — I don’t keep ready-made stock.
- Please allow 10–15 working days for your order to be created and packed.
- This timeframe does not include postage time.
- If there’s ever a delay with your order, I’ll reach out via email to keep you updated.
Shipping Information
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Please double-check your billing and shipping details before placing your order to avoid delays.
- A confirmation email with tracking will be sent once your parcel has been dispatched. (Be sure to check your spam folder!)
- All parcels are sent via Australia Post and include tracking for peace of mind.
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
All Australian parcels include tracking:
- $10 AUD – Small to medium parcels (banner, tea towel, or one cushion)
- $17 AUD – Large parcels (two to three cushions)
- $20 AUD – Extra large parcels (three or more cushions)
✨ Express postage options are available at checkout.
Shipping to New Zealand
Tracked shipping rates:
- $17 AUD – Small to medium parcels (one cushion, banner, or tea towel)
- $25 AUD – Medium parcels (two to three cushions)
- $39 AUD – Extra large parcels (three or more cushions)

International Shipping (Worldwide)
Yes, I ship worldwide! Tracked shipping rates:
- $27 AUD – Small parcels
- $40 AUD – Medium parcels
If your country doesn’t appear at checkout, simply get in touch and I’ll provide a custom shipping quote.
