Order Processing Times
Your goods are made in the order they are received. They are shipped from my home studio in Sydney, Australia.
Unless otherwise stated, all goods are made to order. I do not keep stock available. Your order will take 10-15 working days to make and pack. This does not include postage time.
If there is any delay with your order, I will get in touch via email to let you know.
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. When placing your order please ensure that the billing and shipping address details are correct. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been sent which may include your tracking number, this may end up in your spam folder. Free postage does not include tracking so if you require tracking please add registered post to your cart. I do not take responsibility for lost or stolen mail.
Australia Post is used for all deliveries
Postage on small to medium banners are free, this DOES NOT include tracking.
Optional registered post with tracking $7.
Large banners or one cushion cost $9 with tracking.
Two to three cushions $12
Express postage options are available at checkout.
Postage on small banners $4 Via a tracked letter.
Large banners and up to 2 cushions cost $17 with tracking
Anything more than that will cost $25.
At the moment I ship to Japan, Canada and United States
Due to COVID-19 all international packages to these countries must be sent with tracking, the cost $27.
