Order Processing Times

Each piece is lovingly made just for you, from my home studio in Sydney, Australia.

  • All items are made to order unless otherwise stated — I don’t keep ready-made stock.
  • Please allow 10–15 working days for your order to be created and packed.
  • This timeframe does not include postage time.
  • If there’s ever a delay with your order, I’ll reach out via email to keep you updated.

Shipping Information

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

  • Please double-check your billing and shipping details before placing your order to avoid delays.
  • A confirmation email with tracking will be sent once your parcel has been dispatched. (Be sure to check your spam folder!)
  • All parcels are sent via Australia Post and include tracking for peace of mind.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

All Australian parcels include tracking:

  • $10 AUD – Small to medium parcels (banner, tea towel, or one cushion)
  • $17 AUD – Large parcels (two to three cushions)
  • $20 AUD – Extra large parcels (three or more cushions)

✨ Express postage options are available at checkout.

Shipping to New Zealand

Tracked shipping rates:

  • $17 AUD – Small to medium parcels (one cushion, banner, or tea towel)
  • $25 AUD – Medium parcels (two to three cushions)
  • $39 AUD – Extra large parcels (three or more cushions)

International Shipping (Worldwide)

Yes, I ship worldwide! Tracked shipping rates:

  • $27 AUD – Small parcels
  • $40 AUD – Medium parcels

If your country doesn’t appear at checkout, simply get in touch and I’ll provide a custom shipping quote.
