Thank you for visiting me here at Hilo & Bobbin. Your support for my small business is very appreciated.

Following is a few terms and conditions, please read carefully.

 

Safety.

Small babies or children should not be left unattended with this product. Always check for and remove loose threads. For more advise it's recommended to follow safe sleeping guides which can be found at https://rednose.com.au/section/safe-sleeping

 

Colour and sizing.

Hilo & Bobbin products are described to the best of my ability in photos and text. Each cushion size is in the description provided. Any measurements are approximate and is given by way of identification only. Please be sure to measure the space the product is intended for and confirm it is the required size or colour before ordering. I take no responsibility for anything you order which may be unsuitable for your intended use. Also please keep in mind these cushions are made by hand in my home studio, therefore although I spend a fair amount of time on each order there may be some variations in size due to its handmade nature.

I have sourced quality linen rich fabrics and colourfast embroidery threads for your cushions. Please be aware that colours may appear different in real life as on your screen. Colours and materials used are subject to change at our discretion but will remain as close as possible to item pictured. Any drastic changes will be made aware to customer after purchase.

 

Payment.

Payment is due at check out. I offer multiple payment options including Paypal, credit card and Afterpay.

 

Order Processing Times

Your goods are made in the order they are received.

Unless stated otherwise, all goods are made to order. I do not keep stock available. Your order will take 10-15 working days to finish up. This does not include postage time. 

If there is any delay at all in your order, I will get in touch via email to let you know.

 

Shipping

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. When placing your order please ensure that the billing and shipping address details are correct. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been sent which may include your tracking number. Free postage does not include tracking so if you require tracking please add registered post to your cart. I do not take responsibility for lost or stolen mail. 

Australia Post is used for all deliveries

Within Australia.

Postage on small to medium banners are free, this DOES NOT include tracking.

Optional registered post with tracking $7. 

Large banners and up to 2 cushions cost $9 with tracking.

Optional express postage is $12. Please keep in mind this doesn't mean your lead time varies. 

Anything more than that will cost $14. 


International shipping.

New Zealand.

Postage on small banners $4 Via a tracked letter. 

Large banners and up to 2 cushions cost $17 with tracking

Anything more than that will cost $25. 

 

Everywhere else

At the moment I ship to Japan, Canada, United States and United Kingdom

Due to COVID-19 all international packages to these countries must be sent with tracking, the cost $27.

There are significant delays so please be patient for your order to arrive  thank you for your understanding

Returns and refund.

Hilo and bobbin Brand

When you shop at Hilo & Bobbin you are getting a handmade product made to order for you. It’s because of the nature of my business that I do not offer refunds. I pride myself in a high-quality product. If there are any issues regarding quality, send an email within 14 days of purchase to resolve the issue.Your item will need to be returned, at your cost, and examined before a refund can be issued.

Other brands.

Please note, there is no refund or exchange due to change of mind or incorrect purchase, including size. Refunds will be granted only due to fault. Items must be returned unused and will be examined before refund will be applied.
